1. In accordance with Article 46 of the Law on Banks of Republic of Kazakhstan and the Resolution of the Board of the National Banks on October 29, 2012 № 317 the restricted enforcement measure in the form of a written agreement with the Bank was applied to the Bank for failure to perform the Action Plan that contained early response measures aimed to improve the financial stability of the bank, to prevent the deterioration of its financial position and increase of risks related to its activities (for the factor exceeding the loans with overdue more than ninety calendar days to total loan portfolio ratio)
