Procedure for Acceptance and Processing of Applications of the Individuals and Legal Entities
in the Central Office of the National Bank (Branch) and Booking an appointment by the Top Management of the National Bank (Branch)
Written applications of individuals and legal entities are either sent to the National Bank by mail, or submitted by applicants personally or delivered by courier. In addition, appeals can be sent through the application submission platform https://eotinish.kz/, as well as the Natizhe centers under the Government for Citizens NJSC.
If applications are delivered in person or by courier, they should be put in the mail box for the National Bank correspondence in the Entrance No.1 of the National Bank building located at: Astana, Mangilik El Avenue, bld. 57A, Esil District, or applications will be accepted by an employee of the authorized department who will give a ticket to the applicant or courier (telephone: 8 (7172) 775118 (ext.1632).
Applications of the individuals and legal entities shall be registered by the Organizational Work and Control component on the day when such applications are delivered to the Central Office of the National Bank (Branch).
The registered applications shall be submitted to the management of the National Bank (Branch) for consideration; thereafter the applications shall be sent to the responsible departments for further consideration.
The applications shall be under control of the Organizational Work and Control component.
Applications of the individuals and legal entities shall be considered by the National Bank, and the decision thereon shall be made within the period set out under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Management of the National Bank (Branch) carries out the personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities once a month, according to the SCHEDULES of reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by management of NBRK.
If during personal reception the official in charge of the issue resolution cannot make a decision, a visitor shall lay down the essence of the application in writing; after that the application shall be handled similarly to the written application in the manner set forth above.
Preliminary registration for reception by the Management of the National Bank (Branch) shall be carried out in the Central Office of the National Bank by the employees of the reception desks of the management of the National Bank in accordance with the SCHEDULES of reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by management of NBRK via phone numbers specified as follows.
