Public sector external debt in an expanded definition

The Public Sector External Debt (PSED) statistics is prepared for analytical purposes and covers external liabilities of the Governmental sector (General government and Central bank), public sector corporations, i.e. non-financial or financial corporations, which are subject to control by the government and monetary authorities and external debt guaranteed by the governmental sector.
