Measures being imposed

In accordance with Article 46 of the Law on Banks of Republic of Kazakhstan and the Resolution of the Board of the National Banks on October 29, 2012 № 317 the restricted enforcement measure in the form of a written agreement with the Bank was applied to the Bank for failure to perform the Action Plan that contained early response measures aimed to improve the financial stability of the bank, to prevent the deterioration of its financial position and increase of risks related to its activities (for the factor exceeding the loans with overdue more than ninety calendar days to total loan portfolio ratio)

In accordance with Article 46 of the Law on Banks and the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 317 dd. 29.10.12 the restricted enforcement measure was applied to the Bank in the form of a written agreement with the Bank for the Bank’s failure to perform the Action Plan envisaging early response measures aimed to improve the Bank's financial stability, prevention of deterioration of its financial position and increase of risks related to its activities (factors: excess of the ratio of loans with overdue of more than ninety calendar days to the total loan portfolio; an increase loans to legal entities with arrears of more than thirty calendar days on the principal and (or) accrued interest).

In accordance with Article 46 of the Law on Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a written warning was issued to the Bank in connection with violation of the Resolution of the Board of the Committee "On approval of the submission of information on transactions of the second-tier banks with persons associated with them by special relations" on July 15, 2010 № 108, as well as providing Bank Committee with the false statements.
