1. The validity of the license for types of insurance in a voluntary form was terminated due to the repeated (two or more times during the twelve consecutive calendar months) non-compliance with the requirements of prudential standards and other mandatory norms and limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and repeated (twice during the last twelve months) suspension of the license.

The validity of the License for voluntary forms of insurance shall be considered terminated from the date of bringing this decision to the attention of IC «Salem», JSC. It is brought to the attention on 2018-08-28.

JSC "IC" Kompetenz "is deprived of a license for the class of cargo insurance in a voluntary form of insurance, for violations expressed in: - repeated (two or more times during the twelve consecutive calendar months) failure to comply with the requirements of prudential standards and other binding norms and limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - repeated (twice during the last twelve months) suspension of the license.

The validity of the License for the class of cargo insurance in a voluntary form of insurance shall be deemed terminated from the date of bringing Resolution №174 to the attention of IC « Kompetenz ». It is brought to the attention on 2018-08-28.
