The license is suspended for six (6) months for compulsory insurance of third party liability of motor vehicle owners, the voluntary insurance of civil law liability, except for the classes indicated in subparagraphs 9)-11) of paragraph 3 article 6 of the Insurance Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, also in part of reinsurance activities for violations that are expressed in: - failure to comply with the requirements of prudential standards and other mandatory norms and limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - violation of legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating compulsory types of insurance, expressed in the application of unreasonable amounts of insurance premiums; - violation of legislation related to improper reflection in accounting of financial transactions on insurance (reinsurance), as well as other mandatory forms of accounting.

The validity of the License for reinsurance shall be deemed suspended from the date of bringing this decision to the attention of «Standard» Insurance Company», JSC. It is brought to the attention on 2018-07-11.
