1. The license for types of insurance in voluntary form is suspended for three months due to: - failure to comply with the requirements of limited measures of influence applied by the authorized body; - non-compliance with the requirements of prudential standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - revealing the fact of violation of legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating compulsory types of insurance, expressed in the application of unreasonable amounts of insurance premium, non-fulfillment or improper performance of obligations arising from the conditions and procedure for compulsory types of insurance; - revealing the fact of violation of legislation related to improper reflection in financial accounting of financial transactions on insurance (reinsurance), as well as other mandatory forms of accounting; - systematic violation (three or more times during the twelve consecutive calendar months) of violation of the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism; - non-compliance by the insurance agent with the requirements of the Law and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compulsory types of insurance

The validity of the License for voluntary types of insurance is considered to be suspended from the date of bringing this decision to the attention of IC «Salem», JSC. It is brought to the attention on 2017-08-04.
