3. 3) during realization of exchange operations with available foreign currency in an equivalent more than 1 000 000 тенге (2 000 000 тенге - in a period to 23.03.2016г.) in the registers of the bought, sold available foreign currency was not fixed information about a client, namely the last name, name, patronymic (at presence of), data of document, certifying personality, (type of document, number of document, by whom and when given out) and individual identification number (at presence of) (point 53); 4) During realization of exchange operations with available foreign currency in an equivalent more than 1 000 000 тенге (2 000 000 тенге - in a period to 23.03.2016г.) in the registers of the bought, sold available foreign currency on occasion not complete information was fixed about a client (the type of document of certifying personality client is not indicated, by whom and when given out, the name and patronymic of client are indicated
