1. License for compulsory insurance suspended for three months for: - failure to comply with the limited interventions that have been applied by the authorized body; - failure to comply with prudential norms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - identification of violation of legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating mandatory types of insurance, expressed in the application of unreasonable amounts of insurance premiums, failure to perform or improper performance of duties arising from the conditions and procedure of compulsory insurance; - violation of the prohibition established by article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Insurance Activities» (Hereinafter – Law) on provision of favorable conditions to persons affiliated with the insurance (reinsurance) organization; - failure to comply with an insurance agent requirements of the Law and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compulsory types of insurance
