The nature of a breach:
1. Violation of paragraph 49 Of the rules for conducting exchange operations with foreign currency in cash No. 49 dated 04.04.2019;
2. Violation of subparagraph 4) and subparagraph 7) of paragraph 16 of the Rules of organization of security and the device of premises of banks of the second level, the National operator of mail of legal persons, sole activity of which is the collection of banknotes, coins and values, and legal persons carrying out activities exclusively through the exchange offices on the basis of license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, approved by resolution of Board of National Bank of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2020 No. 14
2.
