1. Submission by an authorized bank or an authorized organization of an incomplete and (or) unreliable report on the activities of carrying out exchange operations with foreign currency in cash, provided for by the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2. Romik LLP violated the requirements of subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 19 of the Law on Currency Regulation and Currency Control, the completeness and objectivity of the Report on exchange transactions, performed through exchange offices in accordance with Appendix 13 to Rules №49 for the month of January 2024 has not been ensured.
2.
