The nature of a breach:
1. «Eurasian Bank» JSC violated the requirements regarding the failure to ensure the completeness and objectivity of the «Reports on exchange transactions conducted through exchange offices» established by Appendix 12 to the Rules for Conducting Exchange Operations with Foreign Currency in Cash in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Resolution No. 49 of the Board of the National Bank dated April 4, 2019 (for May, June, July, August, September, November, December 2022 and January 2023).
2.
