1. violations on the issue of accounting and financial reporting were revealed, namely, inconsistency of the accounting policy of Abyroy Exchange LLP with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting" and inaccurate presentation of information on the structure of assets, liabilities and capital, income and expenses for the 4th quarter of 2022 and the 1st quarter of 2023.

By the resolution of the Almaty city branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2023, MIRVAN LTD LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under part 4 of Article 239 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, and a fine in the amount of 345,000 tenge was imposed (Protocol No. 237500800001182 dated 12/21/2023).
