1. The execution of a payment and/or money transfer by an authorized bank for a foreign exchange transaction without the presentation of a foreign exchange contract or a foreign exchange contract with an assigned account number, while the presentation of such a foreign exchange contract is mandatory in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, made again within a year after the imposition administrative penalty.
