The National Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the NBK) issues E. BÓKETOV. 100 JYL collectible coins from the Outstanding Events and People series.

The collectible coins will be sold via the NBK online store https://kazcoins.nationalbank.kz starting 22 September 2025.

About E. BÓKETOV. 100 JYL collectible coin

The coin is dedicated to Evney Arstanovich Boketov, a renowned Kazakhstan’s chemist, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, public figure, writer and translator. The design features his portrait. The coins are made of cupronickel alloy (MH 25), weighing 15 grams, 33 mm in diameter, of brilliant uncirculated quality, have a denomination of 200 KZT, and mintage of 5,000 (five thousand) pieces.

All coins must be accepted at their face value throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan for all types of payments, as well as for deposits into bank accounts, transfers, change and exchange in all banks of the country.

The collectible coins were minted at the Kazakhstan Mint.
