Deposits: 10 month results

Deposits in the banking system within the last 10 months have increased by 15.3 percent or by 2.916 billion tenge. This shows the amount of 21.938 billion tenge, that include the tenge deposits as well, which comprise 20.0 percent or 2.160 billion tenge, achieving 12.980 billion tenge at the highest.

Currency components rise in a stable manner: by 9.2 percent or 756.1 billion tenge reaching the point of 8.957 billion tenge by the end of October of the current year. Exchange rate revaluation of the currency deposits brings a considerable contribution to the general increase in the aggregate deposits (by the end of October it is 5.4 points out of 15.3 percent or it is one third of the increase).

Dollarization of deposits from the year beginning decreased from 43.1 to 40.8 percent in October of the current year, which include the dollarization of the corporate sector with the percentage from 44.8 to 40.7 percent, in the retail sector it is from 41.3 to 40.9 percent.
