The governors of the central banks of the EAEU member states took part in a meeting of the Consultative Council of National (Central) Banks, which was held in Nesvizh, the Republic of Belarus.

Members of the Consultative Council discussed issues related to key inflation trends and the factors driving them, as well as the state of economic activity in the EAEU member states.

Apart from that, during the meeting, the parties exchanged views on combating fraudulent transactions in the financial market, the regulation of digital financial assets in their respective countries, and other topical issues relating to central bank cooperation.

The next meeting of the Council is scheduled to take place in the first half of 2027 in the Russian Federation.
