Participants will discuss challenges in monetary policy and financial stability, inflation processes in the region and consumer behavior in conditions of shocks

On April 30, 2025, the V scientific and practical conference of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Monetary Policy and Financial Stability in Conditions of Global and Internal Shocks" will take place in Almaty.

The event will be attended by independent experts in economics and finance, representatives of the academic and research community, central banks of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, as well as government institutions.

The conference will present results of analysts' research in several areas.

In particular, analysts from the NBRK and other central banks in the region will present results of research in regional challenges in monetary policy, discuss consumer patterns and financial stability, as well as trends in macroeconomics in conditions of price shocks and structural imbalances.
