The Open Data Repository is a portal for publishing official statistical information from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a machine-readable format (adapted for analysis using software without the need for manual processing). The project is being implemented as part of the creation of the NBK Data Factory to develop analytical tools in an interactive mode. The repository will enable the integration of the National Bank’s ecosystem data with external platforms of government agencies and other interested organizations.

Currently, the NBK Open Data Repository is available in beta version at data.nationalbank.kz.

To simplify data integration, the portal offers connectivity via API (a data exchange standard that allows software applications to interact with each other), which will make it easier for developers and analysts to work.
