The National Bank of Kazakhstan announces start of selection of applicants to its HR reserve. To participate in the HR selection it is necessary to fill out an electronic CV on the website of the National Bank of Kazakhstan from January 5, 2022 to February 5, 2022 (inclusive).

Key criteria for selection of candidates are education, high level of qualifications, work experience, international certificates (in finance, IT).

To participate in the selection, candidates must send a CV and a letter of motivation (essay). Based on results of their study, applicants will be invited for an interview with heads of departments at the National Bank and employees of the Human Capital Development Department.

Successful applicants enrolled in the HR reserve can be employed with the National Bank of Kazakhstan during the year. The approved list of applicants included into the reserve will be posted on website of the National Bank.
