JSC "Digital Development Center of the National Bank of Kazakhstan"

JSC "Digital Development Center of the National Bank of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – DDC) was reorganized on July 17, 2025, through the transformation of JSC "Banking Service Bureau of the National Bank of Kazakhstan" into JSC "Digital Development Center of the National Bank of Kazakhstan," which, in turn, was originally established in 1995.

The founder and sole shareholder of DDC is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – NBRK).

Main Objectives of DDC are ensuring uninterrupted and secure functioning of information and communication infrastructure, providing technological support for data management processes, driving digitalization of the NBRK, its branches, and organizations.

Main Functions of DDC:

• Development, maintenance, delivery (implementation) of software products (intellectual property objects) for the NBRK, including its branches and representative offices (hereinafter – BO, RO), as well as The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market (hereinafter – Agency).
• Provision of automated data processing services for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Conducting expert analysis in the field of information technologies (hereinafter – IT) for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Conducting surveys, analysis, and optimization of IT-related business processes for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Providing project management and portfolio project management services for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Provision of information and reference services for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Providing services for the maintenance of the unified secure corporate data transmission network of the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Provision of system-technical maintenance of hardware-software complexes and support of IT infrastructure of the unified secure corporate data transmission network of the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Operation, development, information security (hereinafter – IS) assurance, and system-technical maintenance of the procurement portal for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency. Provision of services to the NBRK, BO, RO, Agency, and potential suppliers for using (accessing) the procurement portal.
• Provision of services to the NBRK, BO, RO, Agency, and organizations of the financial sector for using software products (intellectual property objects) and ensuring the security of related information resources.
• Provision of services for organizing the work of server rooms (data centers) and telecommunication infrastructure, including making them available for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Execution of work (service delivery) in the field of cybersecurity (including IS assurance, detection of technical information leakage channels, and special technical means) for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
• Provision of licensed software and technologies necessary to ensure the functioning of the unified secure corporate data transmission network for the NBRK, BO, RO, and Agency.
