For July 2019 banks and JSC «Kazpost» performed 158 764,1 thousand transactions to the sum of 40 581,5 billion KZT with the application of payment instruments presented in Table.
As before, payment orders and payment cards are payment instruments used most commonly on the territory of Kazakhstan. Herewith the average value of one payment order in July 2019 came to 1 817,2 thousand KZT.
At the same time, a high specific weight of payment cards on the volume of transactions and a low specific weight on value of transactions are due to the use of this payment instrument primarily for operation with small sums.
During the specified period checks and collection orders are used the least frequently. The insignificant part of use of given instruments in total volume and value is caused by their specificity.
