On the whole 32,9 mln. transactions to the amount of 781 800,4 bln. KZT were conducted through payment systems of Kazakhstan (Interbank System of Money Transfer and Interbank Clearing System) in January-November of 2017. As compared to January-November of 2016 number of payments in payment systems increased by 2,6% (by 834,4 thousand transactions), while increased amount of payments by 47,5% (by 251 630,9 bln. KZT).

Interbank System of Money Transfer (ISMT)

In January-November of 2017 13,6 mln. transactions to the amount of 775 994,9 bln. KZT were conducted through ISMT. As compared to similar period of last year number of payments increased by 7,1% (by 905,2 thousand transactions), while amount of payments increased by 47,9% (by 251 218,8 bln. KZT).

 

On an average 59,9 thousand transactions to the amount of 3 418,5 bln. KZT passed through ISMT per day in January-November of 2017 which is more than the level of the similar period of 2016 in respect of number by 6,6% (by 3,7 thousand transactions) and more in respect of amount by 47,2% (by 1 096,5 bln. KZT).

Interbank Clearing System.

Flows of retail payments during January-November of 2017 made up 19,3 mln. documents to the amount of 5 805,5 bln. KZT. As compared to January-November of 2016 volume of documents in clearing system decreased by 0,4% (by 70,8 thousand documents), value of payments increased by 7,6% (by 412,1 bln. KZT).

 

On an average 85,2 thousand documents to the amount of 25,6 bln. KZT passed through clearing system per day in January-November of 2017, which is less than the level of the similar period of 2016 in respect of number of payments by 0,8% (by 0,7 thousand transactions) and more in respect of amount of payments by 7,1% (by 1,7 bln. KZT).
