Restoration of operation of mobile banking applications

In line with the instruction of the Head of State to ensure stability of the financial system, the National Bank of Kazakhstan has pooled its efforts with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry and other concerned public authorities and carried out works to restore an access to Mobile applications of second-tier banks.

Services of two major banks, Halyk Bank (Homebank application) and Kaspi.kz, are available to clients without an Internet connection throughout the country where cellular communication is available, including in Almaty City.

The population can as usually make payments via the application, make mobile remittances and other necessary transactions.

Currently, works are underway to restore access to mobile applications of the second-tier banks.
