On November 15, 2024, XII Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan will be held in Almaty. The event is organized by the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan with the support of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.

At the plenary sessions of the Congress, representatives of Kazakh government agencies, heads of banks and other financial institutions will discuss actual issues related to financial sector liberalization and its impact on economic growth, as well as examine other aspects of macroeconomic policy.

The Congress agenda will also cover prospects for developing the national digital financial infrastructure and the digital tenge. A separate session will focus on advancing the retail financial services market, including credit, insurance, and investment products for consumers.

Another topic at the Congress will be the financing of the corporate sector, including its opportunities and limitations. The final panel discussion will address the prospects for the growth of investment and endowment funds.
