The main requirement for this category is adherence to the classical canons of medallic art. Additionally, several prize-winning coins in other categories, including those from the National Banks of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic, were minted at the Kazakhstan Mint. In 2023, 23 participants from 18 countries presented coins issued between January 1 and December 31, 2022, for the competition.
