By the resolution of the Almaty city branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2023, Mukan LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under part 4 of Article 239 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, and a fine in the amount of 1,105,100 tenge was imposed (Protocol No. 237500800001196 dated December 27, 2023).
