1. несоответствие квалификационным требованиям, предъявляемым к лицензируемым видам деятельности в части несоответствия размера уставного капитала; на момент проверки в доступном для обозрения клиентами месте не была размещена копия лицензии на организацию обменных операций с наличной иностранной валютой на казахском и русском языках и копия действительного приложения к действительной лицензии (в доступном для обозрения клиентами месте была размещена лицензия и приложение к действительной лицензии, выданные до переоформления, в связи переименованием города Астана в город Нур-Султан);: в обменном пункте отсутствовала копия правил внутреннего контроля ТОО «НАВИГАТОР КТ»;распоряжение на установление курсов №1 от 14.11.2019г. не было утверждено уполномоченным лицом.в части представления недостоверной отчетности
