“KAİROS” LLP committed an administrative offence by submitting, as an authorized organization, an unreliable report on its activities related to the conduct of exchange operations with cash foreign currency, as required by the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, thereby committing an administrative offence under Part 7 of Article 218 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
