National Fund for children

*Target requirements. In accordance with subparagraph 62-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, target requirements are obligations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, formed annually at the expense of fifty percent of the investment income of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan averaged over eighteen years preceding the reporting year, and averaged over eighteen years prior to the reporting year, the investment income accrued annually for this amount.

** This page contains information about the amount of money from the National Fund credited to the accounts of all children in the reporting year (accrued target requirements). The amount of funds transferred to the UAPF for the actual payment in the reporting year is also disclosed. The accrual of target requirements and the implementation of payments to persons over the age of 18 occurs once a year according to the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
