The Silk Road Cash & Payments Conference will be held in Almaty on March 27–29. The theme of the conference is cash circulation and non-cash payments. The event is hosted by Currency Research.  

The Silk Road Cash & Payments Conference will allow participants to exchange experience and knowledge about trends and developments in cash circulation, non-cash payments and digital assets internationally.

The Conference will be dual track with a Cash stream and Payments stream programmed to run concurrently. It is expected that representatives of foreign central banks (Great Britain, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, the Netherlands, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia etc.), international financial organisations (World Bank, Bank for International Settlements), companies (Hueck Folien GmbH, JURA Group, Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions, Landqart, Hamilton Platform, Geldmaat, Buna, Visa, RTGS Global, Progressoft), second-tier banks, payment organisations and CIT companies from Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries will attend the event.
