VIII Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan (November 15-16, 2018, Almaty)
On November 15-16, 2018 Almaty hosted the VIII Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan dedicated to celebration of the 25th anniversary of Tenge, the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the National Bank of Kazakhstan and the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan.

Wednesday, May 16, 2018, saw Astana host the Regional Meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the topic “The Fundamentals of Economic Policy to Promote Enhanced Regional and Global Integration”, which was attended by representatives of government bodies from Caucasus and Central Asia countries, bilateral and multilateral cooperation agencies, the diplomatic corps, academia and business community.
